Anita Walsh

West Middlesex, PA - On Tuesday, January 16, 2018, Anita Walsh, age 51, passed in St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.  She was born in Youngstown on March 15, 1966 to William and Treva (Murdock) Walsh.

​Anita is survived by her beloved children, Amanda (Jon) Haldiman of New Middletown, OH; Lucas, Jarod Betker both of New Castle, PA; mother, Treva Walsh of Coitsville, OH; grandsons, Zachary, Devon Grant; siblings, Paul (Jodi) Doyle, Kenneth (Sherry) Doyle of Bessemer, PA, Donald Doyle, James (Lena) Walsh of Venango, PA, Nancy Overman of NC, Janice (Charlie) Beck of Sagerstown, PA, Sarah (Charles) Powers, Betty Powers all of Middleburg, FL; many nieces and nephews.

​Besides her father, Bill, Anita was also preceded in death by her sisters, Becky Kavin and Barbara Radman.

​Anita was an avid reader, she enjoyed crocheting, butterflies, watching movies and the series, "Ghost Hunters,"  listening to classic country music and the company of other.  She was also know as a diehard Pittsburgh Steelers fan.

​A gathering of family and friends will be held from 11:30 AM until the time of her Memorial Service at NOON on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in the New Bedford Presbyterian Church, 151 Woodland Dr., New Bedford, PA 16140.  A luncheon will immediately follow in the church's Fellowship Hall.
