Raymond "Tracy" Dangerfield

Raymond Tracy Dangerfield, age 94, passed away in Austintown at his daughter, Tracey's home in Austintown, OH on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 .  He was born on February 24, 1928 in Youngstown, Ohio to Raymond B. and Gertrude (Collingwood) Dangerfield. 

Tracy honorably served his county in the United States Army.  He was a machinist and worked in the manufacturing for most of his career.  Tracy enjoyed bingo, casinos, talking with "the ladies" and at ninety years old he learned to enjoy a good cup of ice coffee.  If you met Tracy you know and remember him because he passed out Extra Gum to everyone he encountered.

Tracy is survived by his children, Brett (Marilyn) Dangerfield of North Jackson, OH and Tracey Dangerfield of Austintown, OH; grandchildren, Margaret "Maggie" (Michael Starr, Fiance) Dangerfield of IL and Brett "BJ" Dangerfield, Jr. of North Jackson, OH; siblings, Richard (the late Sandra) Dangerfield of Texas and Virginia Tohm of New Middletown, OH.  

Besides his parents Tracy was also preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jane (Warren) Dangerfiled; brothers, Gene (the late Millie) Dangerfield, Joseph (the late Shirley) Dangerfield, and David Dangerfield.

The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to Anthony, Liz, and Debbie at Southern Care Hospice for the care given to Tracy.  

Viewing and family to receive friends on Wednesday, November, 16 2022 from 10:00 am until the time of Prayers at Noon at Cremation & Funeral Service by Gary S.
