Elaine Nicole Prusak

Youngstown, Ohio

It is with great sadness that the family of Elaine Prusak announces her passing on Friday, October 16, 2020 at the age of 38.  She was born in Youngstown, Ohio on May 25th,1982 to Michele Prusak and John Prusak.

Elaine, known lovingly as Lainey, graduated from Canfield High School in 2000 and attended Youngstown State University.  

Elaine will be lovingly remembered by her mother Michele Prusak and her father John (Karen) Prusak. She will also be sadly missed by her mom's companion, Doug Theis. She is also survived by her brother John and sisters Olivia Prusak and Brianna (Mike) Santoro and nephew Luciano. She will be missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Elaine loved all animals and rescued many.  She especially loved her dog Blue and her companion Tony Kintz.  She was also in 4-H with her horses and competed for many years. She loved spending time with her grandpa Gerald Arnal and was involved with many projects at the Lodge. She especially loved decorating the Lodge at Christmas. She learned a lot of homemaking skills from her mom and grandpa.

Elaine was a loving soul who had a passion to care for others and all animals.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Gerald and Elaine Arnal, John and Rosemary Prusak,; great grandmother, Mary (Babchie) Shermen; great grandparents, Stephen and Agnes Kutsko and great grandparents, Silvan and Eleanor Arnal; uncle Jerry Arnal and her grammie, Alice Neuman.

Elaine's dad had a special place in his heart for his little girl. Elaine will be greatly missed by her mom and all the time they spent together talking and enjoying life together. Elaine was her best friend, and will forever be cherished in her mother's heart.

The Prusak family invites family and friends to a memorial gathering for Elaine on Friday, October 23, 2020 from 5:00-8:00PM at Cremation and Funeral Service by Gary S Silvat, Inc 3896 Oakwood Avenue Austintown, Ohio 44515.
