Edith Marie McClain

On Sunday, November 15, 2020, Edith Marie McClain, age 88, of Grove City, PA, passed away peacefully. She was born in Ellwood City, PA on June 10, 1932 to Wilford and Mabel (Harper) Fox.

Edith was an avid Elvis fan. She participated in various area flea markets for over thirty years, making many friends and enjoying bargaining with the shoppers. Edith loved the Pennsylvania woods and spent many enjoyable family outings at the family camp in Tionesta, PA. Her travels with family took her to Disney World, Las Vegas, and Graceland.

Edith is survived by her children, Frank (Joni) McClain, Terry (Donna) McClain, William (Cindy) McClain, Sharon (Robert) Gropp; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Nelson Fox. 

Besides her parents, Edith was preceded in death by her husband, Willis McClain; daughters, Mabel McClain and Catherine Pisano; and siblings, Elmer, Norman, David Fox, and Annabelle Miller.

There will be a private service for family.
