On Saturday, September 9, 2018, Terry O. Packwood, age 75, passed away in St. Joseph Medical Center in Warren, OH. He was born in Cleveland, OH on December 13, 1942 to William L. and Esther K. (Grawunde) Packwood.

Terry is survived by his companion Jean Rice of Kinsman, OH; children, Richard A. Packwood of Leavittsburg, OH, Belinda Packwood of West Farmington, OH and Anita Packwood Smith.
