Unexpectedly, on Thursday, March 14, 2019, Kimberly Joy (MacDougall) Bartlett Ramsey, age 47, passed at Sharon Regional Hospital. She was born in Youngstown, OH on March 8, 1972 to Eugene Edward and Clara B. (Scott) MacDougall.

Kim is survived by her dear, husband, Charles N. Ramsey, of Hubbard; beloved children, Chase (Mariah) Bartlett of ND, Charles (Caitlon) Ramsey of SC, Ashley Ramsey of SC, Dakota (Jordan) Bartlett of VA, Emma (Richard) Bartlett of Austintown, Payson Ramsey, at home; grandsons, Isaac Ramsey, Malachi Ramsey; siblings, Diane (Jeff) Burns of CT, Michael Poinski Jr. of OH, Lynn (Sue) MacDougall of FL, Erin Corah of CT and other family members.

Family to receive friends on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 11 AM - 3 PM at Cremation & Funeral Service by Gary S Silvat Inc, 3896 Oakwood Ave., Austintown, OH 44515. Prayer Service to be held at NOON.
