Judith S Perez

East Palestine, OH - On Monday, February 5, 2018, Judith S. Perez, age 75, passed away at ParkCenter Health Care and Rehabilitation as a result of a long term illness.  She was born in Mexico City, Mexico on July 29, 1942 to Paublo and Carlota (Solis) Perez.

Judith is survived by her beloved daughter, Eira (Barry Cooper) Quinones of East Palestine; step-children, Ani, Augustin, Hazel; grandchildren, Cliff and Amy Quinones of New Galiee, PA, Stephanie Quinones and Dorian Harris of East Palestine, Erin and Christian Plunkett of East Palestine, Krystal Quinones of New Middletown, Alex Quinones of Lake Erie, OH; twelve great-grandchildren, Tanner Davis, Dominic and Cater Quinones, Jasmine, Destiny and Robert Powell Jr., Jahirra and Gabriele Harris, Blake and Jessie Buckley, Grayson and Sebastian Plunkett.

Besides her parents, Judith was preceded in death by her son, Fredrico Quinones.

Judith was a manager and bookkeeper for the jewelry store owned by her father in Manhattan, NY.  She attended The Columbiana Nazarene Church and loved taking care of babies especially her grandbabies.  She was considered a "Grandma" to anyone whose path she crossed.   Judith was a strong and independent women who held everyone and her family together.
