These Prices are in effective as of March 19, 2017, but thereafter are subject to change without notice. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean that you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason/s in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

SERVICES OF FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF $750.00

Our fee for the services of licensed funeral director and staff includes, but it not limited to counseling, availability on a 24 hours bases except for 21 personal days each year, consultation with family and clergy, assistance of staff in all necessary phases of arrangements, obtaining, preparation and filing of all necessary notices, authorizations and consents, certificates and permits, e.g., cemetery, crematory and others, and assistance to family following funeral and final disposition. Included in this charge are overhead expenses relative to our facility such as insurance, maintenance and utility expenses, secretarial and administrative cost, and equipment and inventory expenses. This fee for basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremation, immediate burial and forwarding or receiving remains)

EMBALMING of normal case $350.00

Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements, such as funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

Use of service rooms per day or portion thereof including but not limited to family room(s) and reception area (in lieu of funeral home facilities all necessary equipment and additional staff for church funerals or funerals conducted from families accommodating location) Our services include coordination the funeral arrangements, supervision of funeral, and staff to attend the funeral ceremony.

RECEIVING OF REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME $875.00

This charge includes local removal of remains (within a 25 mile radius), temporary shelter of remains (not to exceed Two (2) days), necessary services of staff (excluding visitations & funeral ceremony), and local transportation by Service Vehicle to airport, cemetery or crematory.

FORWARDING OF REMAINS TO ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME $995.00

This charge includes removal of remains (within 25 mile radius), necessary services of staff, embalming, necessary authorizations and local transportation to airport. This charge does not include visitation, rites or ceremonies prior to forwarding of remains. This cost is based on transportation within the continental United States of America.

IMMEDIATE BURIALS $975.00 to $1025.00

Our charge for an immediate burial includes removal and shelter of remains, local transportation to the cemetery, necessary services of staff and authorizations excluding any attendant rites or ceremonies.

Our charges for direct cremation (excluding ceremony, embalming, visitation or addition crematory charges above the basis fee) includes:

·Local transportation to crematory
·Cremation fee
·Basic services of staff

If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the remains and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The alternative containers we provide are made of fiberboard, corrugated cardboard, composition material or a vinyl pouch.

The crematory used requires a cremation container made of corrugate fiberboard. The fee for cremation is already in INCLUDED in our Direct Cremation Package. Any addition fees due to height, weight or circumstance is at an additional charge to the authorizing agent/kin of kin.
